Often considered the Wild West of the Emirates, Ras Al Khaimah is a spell-binding place of natural beauty and rich traditions. The city is split in two, divided by the Khour Ras Al Khaimah waterway. The west side is the Old Town where you’ll find the museum - housed in a restored fort. The eastern area is known as Al Nakheel and is the commercial district. The Khaat district is well-worth a visit, and is where you’ll find the popular thermal springs. This Emirate also offers excellent beaches and spectacular mountains.
